EFT, Essential Oils & Vibrational Frequency

by admin on Oct.18, 2009, under EFT & Essential Oils

I love to sit by a lake, river, in the woods, anywhere outdoors in the evening after work. I take a bag of essential oils, and tap on my body’s natural comfort points using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). The acupressure points of the feet also are great places to apply the oils. It takes only moments to release the stress of the work day. Then I work on releasing old patterns, hurts, stress to body, mind or spirit. Once that is done I move on to envisioning the future I wish to attract.

Over the course of more than half a century of searching, I have found the combination of essential oils and EFT to be one of the most powerful tools for transformation. And it seems Life in this era is all about transformation.

But where to start when working with essential oils for emotional release? Young Living produces over 125 oils, it can be a bit overwhelming. A great place to start is with the Feelings Kit, which includes six essential oil blends formulated to promote emotional clearance and self renewal. This collection includes two of my very favorite oils: Present Time and Inner Child. Also included are Valor, Harmony, Forgiveness, and Release. This collection is one of my all time favorites and I use these oils daily.

If you ever have one of those days where you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, take a few moments with these six oils. Apply on top of your head, over your heart, and to the bottoms of your feet. Your energy will shift quickly. Remember to work with intention, rubbing the oils clockwise in your hands before application.

Present Time features the incredible fragrance of neroli, which is derived from orange blossoms. It has long been treasured by the Egyptians for attributes of healing in body, mind and spirit. Neroli has powerful properties which act as a natural tranquilizer. It may be useful for depression, anxiety and shock.

Other oils included in this blend are spruce and ylang ylang.

Inner Child: I feel a strong connection with the innocent childlike part of myself with this oil. Inner child was blended specifically to allow healing of fractured energy pathways due to childhood misuse or abuse. Sandalwood may have the ability to reprogram damaged DNA back to its natural healthy state. Rub 1–2 drops of Inner Child just under your nose.

Frequency is physical and emotional; approx. 98 MHz.

Other oils in this blend include: Orange, tangerine, jasmine, ylang ylang, spruce, lemongrass, and neroli.

Forgiveness: What an incredible blend! I always start my emotional healing sessions with this oil. Frankincense is the master healing oil and very important is spiritual work. Melissa helps to remove emotional blocks. Bergamot is a wonderful anti-depressant, and helps attract abundance. Rose oil has the highest frequency of all essential oils at 320 Mhz.

Overall frequency of this blend is high (spiritual); approx. 192 MHz.

Other oils included in this blend are: Geranium, rosewood, sandalwood, angelica, lavender, lemon, jasmine, Roman chamomile, ylang ylang, palmarosa, and helichrysum.

Harmony: I love this oil for chakra balancing, and use before mediation. It helps create a harmonic balance. Lavender is calming and great for relaxation, it helps achieve physical and emotional balance. Hyssop stimulates creativity and meditation. Ylang ylang mean “flower of flowers”, it is useful to balance male and female energies. It stimulates adrenal glands and helps release anger and rage. It brings back the feeling of self-love, confidence, joy and peace. Rub Harmony on the chakra points to allow negative energy to escape.

Frequency is emotional; approx. 101 MHz.

Other oils included in this blend are: Frankincense, orange, angelica, geranium, hyssop, spruce, Spanish sage, rosewood, lemon, jasmine, Roman chamomile, bergamot, palmarosa, and rose.

Release: I use this oil often in my massage work. It is beneficial for both emotional and physical release. This blend helps unlock old hurts, anger and stress from the cells. Apply over the liver and liver acupressure points. One point is over the ribs just below the breast. Geranium helps to release negative memories and ease nervous tension. Blue tansy give this oil its color. It is sedating to the nerves, reduces pain and relieves itching.

Frequency is emotional; approx. 102Mhz.

Other oils included in this blend are: Ylang ylang, lavandin, and sandalwood.

Valor: I have heard Dr. Young state that if you could only start with one oil, to use Valor. I love this oil and use it often to help keep my neck aligned and free of pain. Spruce helps open and release emotional blocks and bring balance. Rosewood is indicated for use with depression. It is also wonderful for the skin. This blend empowers the physical and spiritual bodies to overcome fear and opposition when facing adversity. Valor has also been shown to change anaerobic-mutated cells back to their aerobic natural state.

Frequency of this oil is very low to balance and align the physical body; aligns the skeletal system; approximately 47 MHz.

Apply Valor to the feet as the first step of the Feelings regimen. Then complete your healing session using Valor once more to lock in the feelings of
completeness and balance.

Other oils included in this blend are: Blue tansy and frankincense.

Introducing EFT to Teachers of Indian Ed

by admin on Oct.06, 2009, under EFT for Children

10-6-09

Today I had a chance to introduce EFT to the teachers of the Indian Education program at a local elementary school. I worked with the teachers on the issue of: We don’t have enough money to hire the teachers we need.

After dropping the distress level from a 10 to a 5, I introduced the teachers to the tools used for children. Tappy Bear, stories, coloring pages, DVD’s and CD’s. It didn’t take much to ignite interest in the program. I now have 4 dates to meet with the children.

EFT for Disaster Relief in Padang

by admin on Oct.06, 2009, under EFT for Disaster Relief

On October 1st, the members of EFT TapFest2009, spoke with Deepak Mostert of TREST. TREST is an organization created to effectively reduce levels of trauma and intense emotions in disaster areas. Most relief organizations focus on the basic physical needs of survivors. What make this organization unique is these experts help survivors start the recovery process through the use of Emotion Freedom Technique.

Deepak told us the most common factor found in disaster survivors is working with forgiveness. Survivors often feel that some how they are at fault. Perhaps they are a bad person and somehow deserved this punishment.

In an average day the EFT teachers with TREST would travel from village to village, where groups of approximately 200 already gather. Often they help as many as 2,000 people in a single day. The children gather in an open space, as the schools often are no longer standing. There they are taught the basics of EFT. In the evening the focus is the adults of the communities.

There are many challenges working in Indonesia. The population is primarily Muslim, which creates cultural issues for Western relief volunteers. These people are already traumatized, it falls upon the relief worker to familiarize themselves with the local culture and respect it. Another challenge is that many of the tribal peoples still speak their indigenous languages, not Indonesian, requiring an interpreter.

TREST has been experiencing an extra administrative challenge in this time of special need. Pay Pal had shut down their non-profit account set up on the website http://trestaid.com for gathering donations. Although, when I follow the link a few days later, the payment went through, so this issue has been resolved.

TREST is a small organization, focused on field work, with no time or personnel with the skill set to handled administrative duties and challenges. Deepak said this was one way that those of us living outside the Indonesia area could be of greatest benefit. Contact http://trestaid.com if you can offer administrative skills. Keep in mind currently there is not electric, cell phones or internet available in Padang. It maybe sometime before you could expect return reply.

Deepak offered a second way to help in disaster areas around the world. No matter where you live you can always do surrogate tapping. Most people familiar with EFT are aware that you can tap for someone who is not present, and they can receive benefit, relief from emotional or physical pain.

Surrogate tapping is where EFT TapFest, fills a much needed niche. This is a gathering of EFT practitioners and people of all levels of interest. Once per month teleconferences like the one from Indonesia, connect tappers with those in need of surrogate tapping.

By now most of us are familiar with the idea of quantum physics which proves we are indeed all one. Through remote EFT we can each one, offer relief around the world. As these planetary shifts increase in frequency, EFT can be a most important tool in transformation of human consciousness.

I was inspired by the call to focus on what can be done locally in my community, beyond my regular practice, to offer EFT for disaster relief. I know that living in a coastal community, we have a tsunami preparedness plan. It would be possible to intersect with that organization to teach the simple skills of EFT to these volunteers, before there is a need. We have a local volunteer fire department and EMT’s who are the first contact in emergency situations. The Red Cross would be another place to connect.

One on one personal crisis plays out daily around our seemingly secure lives. Cars crash, homes burn down, accidents happen. What other idea can you come up with to bring EFT to the forefront in aid of your local community?
